Return and Exchange Policy

Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order***

Product must be unused, and the original tags must be attached.
We do not accept worn or laundered merchandise, nor can we credit shipping charges.

Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.

TO EXCHANGE:

All Exchanges must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Please use The Wharf Communications Form or send an email to sales@thewharfonline.com requesting an authorization number.

Include in the email:

  1. Order number
  2. Items you are exchanging
  3. Reason for exchange

Customer must pay the shipping charges to return the item(s) being sent back to us. We will then pay the shipping charges of the items being sent back to you.

Exchanging in the Store
If you would like to exchange your online purchase in person at the Ventura store you may do so as long as you have the original receipt sent to you along with your item(s). We can do exchanges in the store but refunds must be done online.

TO RETURN:

All Returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Please use The Wharf Communications Form or send an email to sales@thewharfonline.com requesting an authorization number.

Include in the email:

  1. Order number
  2. Items you are returning
  3. Reason for return

You will then be issued a return authorization number. Please write this authorization number down for your reference. Customer must pay the shipping charges to return an item to us. We will credit your account for the return, but your original shipping charge will not be reimbursed. If the shipping was free on the original order we will deduct the cost of shipping and handling charges from your refund. We can only issue the credit to the same credit card used in the original order.

Please write the return authorization number on the OUTSIDE of the package


If sending your item back for an exchange or a return and you want to send it via United States Postal Services (USPS) please send it to the address below. Please also make sure that it has been insured or it is certified or has some type of tracking system in case the item becomes lost or stolen.
